The Sista’s Behind Sista’s

Ms. Charlotte Hill and Ms. Dail A. Hill are the sistas behind Sista’s.

Sista’s but not real sisters. Here’s a little bit about us……
Charlotte is a single mother of three, and grandmother of one. I received my Masters in Business Administration in 2005. My love for people, and heart after that of Christ led me to work for California Children’s Services. That is also the road which led to the meeting of Dail who is a single mother of two, and grandmother of four. Dail came to work with California Children’s Service in 2005 after several years in the mortgage industry. Charlotte and I bonded almost instantly, sharing not only our passion for helping others, but our love of the Lord.

Soon, we began to realize that our connection was anything but accidental and through days of tears and fear, joys and laughter we knew that what we had between us needed to be offered to women everywhere, from all walks of life, all creeds and colors.
Throughout our sisterhood we have shared some of our deepest thoughts, feelings, and situations; at times the responses we got from one another weren’t what we “wanted to hear” but was what we“needed to hear”, and that is what has sealed us to be more than friends, we are SISTA’S.

We offer Sista’s Common Sense Corner as that ear to hear what you may not have heard, maybe to just see that you’re not the only one “going through”, maybe you can offer “what needs to be heard” by another sista, just remember, “Womanhood makes us Sista’s”.
